Zajons Zerkleinerung
The Zajons Zerkleinerungs GmbH is an advancement of the Zajons Logistik Entsorgungsgesellschaft mbH and is engaged in the recovering of waste material which is usually difficult to handle.
Basic idea for the development of this new plant design was the task to produce alternative raw material for the cement-industry made of rotor-blades from wind-turbines.
The rotor-blades are maybe the waste with the largest dimensions and place the recovery-technique in front of an ambitious challenge. With success in this task, the Zajons Zerkleinerungs GmbH created a possibility to dispose nearly all fiber reinforced waste.
This is done to 100% - there are no residues.
This, from Rudolf Zajons developed concept for the complete disposal of fiber reinforced waste, is unique in Europe. It is the basement for the constitution of an own take-back-system called CompoCycle.
CompoCycle is a volunteer tack-back und recycling-system for production- and postuser-waste (end of life) out of fiber reinforced plastics. The services are demanded from customers from whole Europe from the automobile-, electronic-, building-, marine- and aircraft-industry. So we stay at our devise and enter new sustainable recycling markets for waste without any disposal solution until yet. We provide environmental and economical recycling solutions.
